Legal Outreach Legal Outreach has been conducting law-related programs for urban youth from underserved communities in New York City since 1983. With great vision, Legal Outreach created the unique and powerful College-Bound model which uses law-related education along with a comprehensive array of after-school and summer educational programs to provide urban students with the skills they need to obtain success in the academic and professional worlds. It is the Legal Outreach vision and model that NJ LEEP is implementing in New Jersey. Legal Outreach is the “older brother” of NJ LEEP. Without Legal Outreach there would be no NJ LEEP.
